In-Store Returns
We are happy to replace items under the NZ fair trading act.
As long as they have been unused and within a reasonable time or purchase
Online Returns
Choose an item you want to return, print a prepaid label from NZPOST and drop it at the post office or order a courier pickup.

Upon receiving item in good order we will do a full refund of the products value
Product Exchange
If you allow product exchanges, it can be a nice alternative to refunds. Explain to your customers how to choose a better size or give any other instructions they may need.
